We got some new pavement tonight and Little Boy was thrilled to have his very own version of "Mighty Machines" right in our driveway. That green machine is huge! There was also an equally huge dumptruck that went in front of the paver, plus some other equipment too. A very exciting night, indeed, for Little Boy! He was all eyes.

How fun for Little Boy. Our grandson, JJ, who is 3 would have been in heaven to have all that equipement in his front yard!
Little Boy must have been thrilled - bet he can't stop talking about them.
What an exciting day for your little boy - if machines look that big to us imagine how large they look to toddlers :o)
Ooooh, train Boy would have loved those machines, too!
Did you get his handprints and/or foodprints in the pavement before it dried? I hope so!
looks like a beautiful piece of ashvault (?sp) was laid.... now will little boy be out flattening it with his tonka trucks every cance he gets?
That brings back memories of the "Giant Work Machines" phase with my son. Nothing made him smile bigger than seeing those on the highways, etc. I must have read that book to him five thousand times.
Oh, I can imagine how big those little boy's eyes were! He's gonna be dreamin' about those trucks all night! My 3 yr. old grandson loves trucks-he'd be envious!
Aaaah, all Little Boys (and Big Boys) LOVE machines, don't they?
Jeanne :)
What a great moment it must have been for Little Boy to have all those big machine right at his house. Belated Happy Birthday to him !
I can just imagine how exciting that was for Little Boy. I think my 18 year would get a kick out of watching those machines work.
