Great scarf. I like crochet and knitting as portable projects too. Getting ready for my trip and pulling out the stuff my Cathedral Windows reminded me why I took up crochet and knitting in the first place. No prep work!
Wow, Evelyn, you've lived all over!!!! SFO is a beautiful area, much lovelier than LA. But Austria would be OK with me, too :)
