Welcome Home
No matter where I travel, when I see this view, I know that I am almost home (Canadian home). Do you have a "landmark" that marks your return home?
Little Boy and I have been off on a BIG adventure. And even though we had a good time (plus took care of some stuff that had to be taken care of), I am happy and relieved to be back home. And I am very tired. So, I'm going to bed now! Zzzzz (that means snoring for those of you who know English as a 2nd language and might not be familiar with Zzzz!).

Not so much here but I still look for that line of trees near my grandparents old homestead if I am in the area in IL.
Looks like you live in a beautiful part of Canada. I look for the hill just behind our house.
what a wonderful cove. Glad your back "safe and sound"
Welcome home !!! this vieuw is amazing!!!
I have landmarks to know I'm close to home, but it sure doesn't look like your idyllic scene, more's the pity !
Breathtaking view, Evelyn! No wonder it is *home* to you.
Everytime I go visit my childhood home,South Texas close to Padre Island. I know I'm almost there when I see or smell acres and acres of orange trees. That tells me I'm entering South Texas.
Oh I wish I had the view at home! That is so peaceful and relaxing!
