Not sure why the photo didn't post with my last message - only a little white, blank box showed up. So, I am trying again! Scroll down to the last post to read the details!
Eek... I'm not sure if you want to know or not, but it looks like you transposed one of the pieces in a right side block. The one with a green triangle in the middle of it.
Maybe you meant for the block to be like that... so I'm gonna shut up now! :)
Yup, I knew that block was a bit mixed up as soon as I pressed it. DH even asked if I was going to fix it and I said "Nope, it is my reminder of what sewing with a toddler underfoot is all about!" -Evelyn
Any ideas on how you are going to get that quilted? (I mentioned before that I have that (different construction method & different layout) as a UFO. Mine has 1/2 blocks at the top of every other row and vice versa on the bottoms so that there is a zig zag in the background. (I figure something like a zig zag feather in there - but for the actual "blocks" I havenot idea....)
It really is a pretty top..has quite the vintage look to it, like an older antique quilt. And the humility block fits just fine with that! A good job..DONE!
This is a beautiful top. You surely did a wonderful job. Mistake and all, it isn't a realy quilt without a mistake. I can't seem to make a single quit that I don't find one mistake when I am almost finished quilting it and then oh well to late.
I love the block and your color choices - looks fab. And the humility block is a wonderful touch - adds character. Good for you for not taking it apart.

Very nice, Evelyn! The colors are great against the dark background. I'm an"easer" too!
