Playground fun!

Little Boy and I have a daily contest between the 2 of us - to see who can wear the other out first! And this Momma has a few tricks up her sleeve to help her win - the playground being one of them. An extra bonus - look how much fun he has! He just loves that digger thing - and it is heavy! It isn't a huge playground, but certainly has enough to keep him entertained...

He is wearing a headband that my Nana knit years ago. I am not so good at dates, but I think that Nana died 8 years ago now. She knit tons of these headbands and they keep popping up in various drawers and pockets. This one my sister had with her and when the wind picked up she popped it on his head - a perfect fit!

I love that digger toy & the headband was the first thing I noticed - so practical & cute in a very masculine way!

I love reading about you and your little boy - my 2.5 year old would love those rope ladders and scale up them in a heartbeat... but once at the top would start shouting "Help MaMa H-e-l-p!" She hasn't figured out going down yet. :c) ~Bonnie

Oh, yeah, that headband would keep his ears nicely warm! He looks as if he is having a ball.

So great that Little Boy has some things that his Nana handmade!

Oh...those diggers bring back great memories of my own little guy digging away in the sandpit. How fun!

Look at him having the time of his little life. I am going to have to look for a pattern for the head/ear warmer for me. Headphones are not enough to keep me warm walking these days when the temps are dipping.
